Checkr
Sr. Staff Web Developer
Right now I’m at Checkr, helping bridge the gap between brand, engineering, and marketing. I lead the web development team, which mostly means building the technical pieces that let everyone ship faster and with more confidence: the site, the data behind it, and the pipeline that gets changes out the door.
Lately I’ve been going deep on AI. Part of it is improving our own developer workflows so we move quicker without losing quality or accuracy. The other part is building tools for the rest of the team: MCP servers, agents, and skills that let people create content at scale through agentic workflows, without starting from scratch every time.
The tools evolve. The thinking compounds.
I choose technology for the problem—not the résumé. Strong foundations, thoughtful systems, and measurable outcomes still come first.
